Predeceased by Mother Vallerie Rhone, sister Della Rhone, and an uncle John Lowery.


Survived by father Vernon Rhone, daughters Lawana Rhone, and Camelia Rhone, grandchildren Khalil Jenkins, Jiana LaBomme, Jade Hogan, and Jaiden Rhone, Special friend Shirley Townsend, son Demarcus Washington and grandson (D.W.) Demarcus Washington Jr., extended family, as well as a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, close friends, and acquaintances.


Joe was loved and will be missed by many.
